Don't worry if you don't know what Logo is, I guarantee your kids will because they use it at school. Simply put, it is a programming language which allows you to control a turtle and make it move around the screen drawing shapes and patterns. This version of Logo is totally FREE and a brilliant piece of software.
If you get really good you can have multiple turtles and 3D geometry! This free software is great for helping ages 8+ to understand maths, computers, geometry and design. (sort of like a modern day Spirograph).
